As you may remember, I didn't beleive Movluda this morning when she mentioned garlic-flavoured crisps . .. or Reina, when she talked about lemon-flavoured ones either.

However, I was clearly wrong.

I went to Wikipedia and found this:

* In Austria, garlic flavored potato chips are available.
* In mainland China, Lay's has introduced potato chips flavored in Chinese cuisine, world cuisine, and flavors such as cucumber.
* In Colombia, the five main flavors of chips are natural (ready salted), barbecue, chicken, mayonnaise and Limón.
* In Japan, flavors include nori & salt, consommé, wasabi, soy sauce & butter, garlic, ume, barbecue, pizza, mayonnaise, and black pepper. Chili, scallop with butter, teriyaki, takoyaki and yakitori flavored chips are also available. Major manufacturers are Calbee,[17] Koikeya[18] and Yamayoshi.
* In Mexico, many flavors are spicy. Popular flavors are salt, lime, habanero, 'Chile y Limón' and cheese.

Hi, I'm Riccardo!

I'd like to talk about the unique thing that I can't find in other countries.

Everybody know that I 'm from Italy, I grew up in a small town located in the region Marche.

The thing that I can find only in my region is a special salami called "Ciauscolo", which is often difficult to find in the other italian regions.

It isn't a normal salami because is soft, tasty and spreadble like a sausage.

I'd like to talk about "Ciauscolo", because when I was a child I used to go for a pic nic in the countryside with my parents and their friends, and we use to eat "Ciauscolo". This unique thing is one of the my favourite food and remember me my childhood.
